The week of 19–25 October brought new dated city-level fuel-price snapshots, oil-market updates and reports of road restrictions. Prices below belong to particular networks, cities and source dates; they do not establish prices at every individual filling station.
1. 19.10.2026: Kazinform survey of three cities
Kazinform reported AI-92 ranges on 19.10.2026 of 251–253 KZT/l in Astana, 250–255 KZT/l in Almaty and 234–241 KZT/l in Shymkent. The corresponding AI-95 ranges were 315–321, 320–329 and 304–306 KZT/l. These city-level ranges are not prices for every filling station.

2. 20.10.2026: Almaty network snapshots
OILCLUB lists the following prices for Qazaq Oil in Almaty on 20.10.2026: AI-92 255 KZT/l, AI-95 324 KZT/l, diesel 359 KZT/l. The figures for Helios on the same date are 255, 321 and 353 KZT/l. Published regular AI-95 prices across the listed networks range from 320 to 329 KZT/l, a 9 KZT/l difference or 360 KZT on 40 litres before travel costs and discounts.

3. 21–22.10.2026: Atyrau and Kostanay
For Qazaq Oil in Atyrau on 21.10.2026, OILCLUB reports AI-92 at 245 KZT/l, AI-95 at 296 and diesel at 348. For the same network in Kostanay on 22.10.2026, the values are 261, 309 and 349 KZT/l. The 16 KZT/l difference for AI-92 compares different cities and dates; it is not a one-day price increase.

4. 23.10.2026: Kyzylorda
OILCLUB reports AI-92 at 254 KZT/l for both Qazaq Oil and Helios in Kyzylorda on 23.10.2026. AI-95 costs 307 and 304 KZT/l respectively; diesel costs 355 and 347 KZT/l. Confirm the pump price and availability with the individual station before refuelling.

5. 23.10.2026: Brent oil-market benchmark
According to Reuters, on 23.10.2026 Brent futures settled at $116.72 per barrel, up $3.55 on the day and approximately 6% for the week. A global crude-oil futures quotation is not a retail petrol price in Kazakhstan.

6. 24.10.2026: road restrictions
Citing KazAvtoZhol, Kazinform reported that on 24.10.2026 restrictions affected vehicles with summer tyres on sections of roads in East Kazakhstan due to snow and ice. The report describes conditions at 08:00 on 24.10.2026 and is not a live road-status update.
