How to measure fuel consumption

For a reliable figure, use the full-to-full method: start by filling the tank, record every top-up, then fill the tank again. Note the odometer reading at both full-tank stops.

Formula: add up litres purchased after the first full tank, up to and including the second, divide by the kilometres driven, then multiply by 100. One partial fill-up cannot establish actual consumption.

The monthly forecast is an estimate. Prices come only from your own records; they are not verified station prices.
